This month
we are highlighting The Alaska Flower Mill, a full service locally owned flower shop in Homer, Alaska, that specializes in holiday, event, and wedding flowers.
Rachel, the owner, is a local artist (is it ok to call her that?). She is a florist, but her bouquets and installations are literally works of art.
Rachel, has an eye for flowers and combining them into beautiful, inspiring, and heartfelt arrangements that add layers of beauty to any event.
When you see her driving up the drive in her SUV, you know there is going to be some amazing beauty taking place in the coming hours… yes hours! We have watched her work her magic on the back of the barn, on the arbors and in the vase. She always gives more then expected and when there’s a change of plans, she can go with the flow!
With all the support and love she has given to our family while we build our small business, its easy to put Rachel in the spotlight!
